GLUTEN-FREE SANDWICH BREAD

1.  In a Medium Bowl, combine all Dry Ingredients.

  • 1 3/4 Cups Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Tapioca Starch/Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Potato Starch
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)

2.  In a Large Bowl, whip these Wet Ingredients together for 3-5 minutes, until frothy.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

3.  Add the following to the Wet Ingredients & briefly beat again.

  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Oil (We prefer the mild flavor of Grape Seed Oil.)

4.  Then add Dry Ingredients to Wet Ingredients & stir.

5.  Pour Batter into a Loaf Pan.


Bake at 350°F for 31 minutes.
