Our kids have fun finding random ingredients in the fridge to put in between slices of cucumber. Children are much more likely to eat unique foods if they're in charge of preparing it or at least get to help.

Butter each side of 2 slices of our Homemade Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread. Place slices of Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Cheese Alternative or Daiya Cheddar Style Slices in between the bread & grill on both sides over a griddle or sauté pan. Mmmm.
"MAC & CHEESE"
Boil Corn Elbow Pasta & top with Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds.
PEPPERONI & "CHEESE" SANDWICHES
Our little girl came-up with these quarter-sized sandwiches when she was 4. She loves building her own by placing Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds in between slices of Boar's Head Turkey Pepperoni.
ROLLED-UP LUNCH MEAT with VEGENAISE & AVOCADO
Be sure to check the ingredients of lunch meat for hidden gluten or dairy. Don’t be shy to ask to read a package label at the deli counter. Serve with Carrots, Celery & Fruit.
Fill Romaine Lettuce with Roast Beef, Tomatoes & Grape Seed Oil Vegenaise. Leftover sliced steak works great too!
Toss Spinach with Avocado, Tomatoes, Red Bell Pepper, Walnuts & Balsamic Vinegar Dressing.
TORTILLAS with MELTED "CHEESE"
Melt Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds on Warm Corn Tortillas. Serve with Tortilla Chips & Guacamole.
