LIME & THYME PORK CHOPS


This is an easy meal we rely on fairly often because it requires little prep, little time & little concentration. And it tastes great!
 

INGREDIENTS:

1.  4 Pork Chops

2.  1 Fresh Lime

3.  Thyme


STEPS:

1.  Sprinkle Pork Chops with Thyme & Lime Juice. Let them rest for 30 minutes.

2.  Grill the Pork Chops. These are best grilled over charcoal, but they also taste good cooked in a skillet. 

3.  Squeeze a few drops of Lime Juice over each Pork Chop before serving. 


SERVE WITH SWEET POTATOES & STEAMED SPINACH.
