FAST, EASY & HEALTHY HOMEMADE ICE CREAM


*This recipe requires a powerful blender to transform hard, frozen bananas into soft, smooth ice cream. 

Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 Frozen Bananas
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
    For a Vanilla-style ice cream, leave-out the Cocoa.
  • 3 oz Coconut Cream (Optional)
    We often use Native Forest brand. 
  • 1/4 tsp Stevia Powder (or 1 Tbsp Sugar)
    When using stevia, we prefer the taste of SweetLeaf.


Add all ingredients to the blender & use the lowest setting to mix together.

Periodically stop the blender & push the contents back down with a spoon.

It melts fast, so serve immediately.
