Bananas Foster is a great topping for gluten-free waffles or pancakes & is more traditionally served with ice cream. We enjoy So Delicious Dairy-Free Ice Cream.
- 2 Yellow Bananas
- 1/2 Apple, chopped (Optional)
- 1/3 Cup Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Coconut Sugar (Optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
If using the optional apple, sauté it first for 7 to 10 minutes in the butter & water.
Peel & cut the bananas into pieces & sauté with all other ingredients until bananas are very soft, but not falling apart.
