Easy Bacon in the Oven

THE EASIEST & LEAST MESSY WAY TO COOK BACON IS...

IN THE OVEN!


Use foil to line a rimmed baking sheet. If the baking sheet doesn't have a raised edge, bend the foil to create a lip on all sides. Being able to just lift the foil off & throw it away saves time & makes clean-up so much easier.


Lay the bacon slices on the foil, side by side. Most pans accommodate at least 8 slices.


Bake at 375°F for approx. 12 mins.


***We like to reserve the leftover bacon grease & keep it in the fridge to add to green beans & other dishes.
