Sauté Diced Ham & Onions in Butter or Oil. Whisk Eggs & pour over Ham & Onions. Cook over over medium-low until no longer runny. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Tomatoes & Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds. Fold the egg mixture in half & briefly finish cooking on each side.
SAUSAGE EGG CASSEROLE
Sauté 1 Diced Onion, 1 Red Bell Pepper & 1 lb of Breakfast Sausage. Transfer sausage mixture to a 9x13 baking dish. Beat 12 Eggs & pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
SAUSAGE EGG MUFFINS
Sauté 1/2 of a Diced Onion, 1/2 of a Red Bell Pepper & 1/2 lb of Breakfast Sausage. Beat 8 Eggs & pour over the sausage mixture. Spoon into Muffin Liners. Bake in a Muffin Pan at 350°F for 35 minutes.
